Do you need water or electricity from me?

No. Our mobile units are fully self-contained, with their own reservoirs and spray systems. There are no hoses, no flooding and no runoff.

How long does it take?

A complete exterior treatment takes about 45 to 60 minutes per vehicle. Add-ons such as a machine polish take longer.

How do I pay?

You can pay online by card through Yoco, our secure payment partner, or by EFT. If you choose EFT, your time slot is held for 15 minutes while you make the payment using your booking reference.

When can I book?

Workplace washes run on weekdays and home detailing runs on weekends and public service days, between 08:00 and 17:00. You can book up to 60 days ahead.

Do I need an account?

Not for home detailing. Individual bookings use guest checkout. Workplace bookings need a quick account so we can save your vehicles and show your workplace rates.

Does my company pay for my wash?

No. Each employee books and pays for their own vehicle. Your workplace is only used to apply the right rates.

Can I book more than one car?

Yes. Workplace customers can add several saved vehicles, or a bulk quantity, in a single booking. Each vehicle can have its own package and extras, and the whole booking uses one time slot.

How do I change or cancel a booking?

Bookings cannot be changed or cancelled online. Send us a WhatsApp message with your booking reference and we will help. See our cancellation and refund policy for details.

Do you work with fleets and dealerships?

Yes. We offer showroom, pre-owned and fleet valeting, and a rebate model for sites that host a service bay. Contact us to arrange an on-site demonstration.
