Only what we need to deliver the service, take payment and issue invoices: your name, cellphone number and email address; vehicle details (make, model, registration and colour); the service address and any access instructions for home bookings; your workplace for workplace accounts; and your booking, payment and invoice history.
Card payments are processed by our payment provider, Yoco. Card numbers and security codes are entered on Yoco’s secure payment page and are never received or stored by ZMS Dynamics. For EFT payments we record the amount and the bank reference you used.
To manage and confirm bookings, find and service your vehicle, send booking, payment, invoice and reminder emails, apply the correct workplace rates, report on workplace bookings and respond to your questions. We do not sell your information or use it for unrelated marketing.
If you have a workplace account, your workplace is used to apply the agreed rates and for reporting and compensation calculations with that workplace. Your workplace does not receive your booking history or contact details through our system.
Our service providers only, to the extent needed: our payment provider (Yoco), our website hosting and email delivery providers. We may disclose information where the law requires it.
Workplace account PINs are stored as one-way hashes, payment secrets stay on our server, and access to bookings is limited to the customer and the ZMS team.
Booking, payment and invoice records are kept for as long as needed for the service and for tax and accounting requirements. You can ask us to close your account at any time.
We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and to protect forms and checkout. They are not used for advertising.
